Hi, I’m Dr. Patricia Morgan, Founder and CEO of The Executive Learning Lab. My work spans government, education, and corporate sectors, where I help individuals and teams translate insight into action. I use tools like Lumina not just to build awareness, but to help people understand how they show up, how they are experienced by others, and how to make meaningful, lasting improvements.
