Hi, I’m Dr. Patricia Morgan, Founder and CEO of The Executive Learning Lab. I partner with organizations across the country to strengthen leadership, improve team performance, and drive sustainable change. My work spans government, education, and corporate sectors, where I help individuals and teams translate insight into action. I use tools like Lumina not just to build awareness, but to help people understand how they show up, how they are experienced by others, and how to make meaningful, lasting improvements.

This experience combines your Lumina assessment with a 1:1 coaching session to help you interpret your results and apply them directly to your leadership practice. Whether you are leading a team or managing performance, Lumina Leader equips you with the tools to lead with intention and effectiveness.
